Jack Rossiter-Munley. Founder.

Jack is a writer, editor, and podcast producer. He has an MS in journalism from the Columbia School of Journalism where he was a duPont Fellow. His writing has been published in The Ekphrastic ReviewBarren Magazine, and One Week//One Band, among many others.  In addition to his work on the various Cardboard Box Productions podcasts, he is the host of the New Books in National Security podcast and produced “Happy Land” an episode of the investigative podcast series Shoe Leather. The music heard in Close Talking and Poetry Spoken Here is composed and performed by Jack.

Connor Stratton. Co-Host, Close Talking; Producer, 9/11 Project.

Connor holds an MFA in poetry from the University of Minnesota. His poetry and reviews have been published in DIAGRAMRogue AgentFull Stop, and Everyday Genius, among others, and he has held a writing residency at the Anderson Center. In addition to co-hosting Close Talking, he is a mentor for the Minnesota Prison Writing Workshop and an intermittent theater director. He is currently an editor of nonfiction children's books.

Molly Horton Booth. Co-Host, Party Bard.

Molly Horton Booth is the author of Young Adult Shakespeare-y novels Saving Hamlet (2016) and Nothing Happened (2018) both published by Disney Hyperion. She’s an English MA candidate at University of Massachusetts Boston, where she’s writing a thesis in Early Modern Literature and performance pedagogy. She is the founder and artistic director of Brave New Shakespeare, an educational nonprofit for LGBTQIA-inclusive Shakespeare-related arts activities based out of Chelmsford Center for the Arts. Molly is not that into Shakespeare. Molly’s a queer spoonie with a Sag sun and a Pisces moon. She serves her queenly cat, Harriet, and her loaf-of-bread-shaped dog, Suzie.

Charlie Rossiter. Host, Poetry Spoken Here.

Charlie has a long history of writing and promoting poetry.  In Albany, NY in the 1990s, he was the host/producer of Poetry Motel, a local television program that featured poets being interviewed and reading from their work, which ran for over 100 episodes.  In 2000 he co-founded and subsequently hosted www.poetrypoetry.com a website that featured poetry reviews, commentary, and live recordings of poems by the poets who wrote them.  He spearheaded an all-day poetry reading on the grounds of the Washington Monument in Washington, DC, and has organized events for 100,000 Poets For Change. Charlie has been awarded an NEA fellowship for poetry, and his books are available  at  www.foothillspublishing.com where descriptions and sample poems may be perused.

Corey China. Social Media Manager, Close Talking.

Corey is a freelance consultant with 18 years of experience in both the creative industries and professional development.  She has worked as a consultant and project manager for non-profit, higher-education, private, and public sector organizations.   She received her M.A. in Postcolonial Literature and Ph.D. in English Literature from the Institute of English Studies, University of London.  Corey lives in Minneapolis, and enjoys cycling, adventuring with her family, reading science-fiction, and using the Oxford comma.

Eliza Loukou. Digital Editor.

Eliza is a freelance journalist based in New York City. She earned an MS in journalism from the Columbia School of Journalism, and a BA in Comparative Literature from King's College London. Her work has appeared in the Guardian US, DocumentedNY, and various Greek publications such as Kathimerini. Eliza was born and raised in Athens.

Astrid Landon. Associate Producer, Poetry Spoken Here, 9/11 Project.

Astrid Landon is a freelance journalist based in Washington, D.C. She graduated with a dual master's degree in journalism from Columbia Journalism School and Sciences Po School of Journalism. Astrid was born and raised in Paris. She has experience working for three radio shows at Radio France - French national public radio.

Laura Wise. Associate Producer, Poetry Spoken Here.

Laura Wise is a freelance journalist based in New York City. She graduated with an MS from Columbia Journalism School in May. She has had stories published in the Midtown Gazette and aired on Uptown Radio, she also assisted on immigration stories for DocumentedNY. Before Columbia, she earned an MA at Edinburgh University where she worked as a writer and editor at the student newspaper. Laura was born and raised in the UK.
